Even though they offer different part number for later Wagoneers, it seems that this tank more closely matches the later designs and isn't really designed as exact replacement. Also original tank had 3 vent lines, this has only one at rear.

I used 1/2 copper pipe and couple of elbows. You'll have to extend this forward to connect to original hose.

Fill vent is not in middle of top like original even though there is a boss on the mold, rather it is at rear next to vent and fill neck. You'll have to buy extra hose, cut it, then and patch them together with short length of steel pipe. Filler neck is only a molded nipple, not long gooseneck like original. It's about 2 inches shorter than the steel tank but you have to mount it fully forward or it will contact the rear axle. I had to fabricate my own or the tank would fall out. Overall it is a quality tank, but the brackets were a horrible fit for 1972 Wagoneer. They all seem to be exactly the same no matter what vendor. I bought this because I couldn't find anything else.
